Active Window Cleaning is a medium sized Auckland-based family owned business operated by North Shore resident Daniel Hertzke.
In operation since 2003 the company specialises in commercial window cleaning.
The team pride themselves in good customer care and have a strong depth of knowledge and experience and always work to insure you always get the best job possible. We make sure you’re able to speak to us instead of just a machine.
Active Window Cleaning also undertakes water blasting/chemical wash and house washing of both commercial and residential properties.
Daniel Hertzke
Manager
Daniel Hertzke was born into a German family, but himself grew up in Swanson in Rural West Auckland. He later went to The Auckland University of Technology where he studied mechanical engineering. After having worked in the engineering field for four years, he later founded Active Window Cleaning and soon his company became one of Auckland’s most trusted providers.
Daniel believes the most important thing in business is people. He believes that everyone appreciates someone who is forthright and honest and a person who listens.
When not cleaning windows Daniel’s interests include volunteer work, running, camping, tramping, and outdoor activities, and writing. On the odd occasion, Daniel runs in recreational events.
Daniel also runs the chimney sweeping company Smoky Chimney Sweeps.
